Can I get a refund on my products?

Yes, we offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at oakspace360@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you contact us before returning the item, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
